
Kelly Sivo

Kelly Sivo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Connecticut Certified School Social Worker who earned her MSW from the University of Connecticut (UConn). Prior to obtaining her MSW, Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Connecticut State University. Kelly has extensive experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families through individual, group and family work. In addition to her work in schools, Kelly has also provided in-home and community counseling support to youth and their families.
Kelly is especially passionate about helping youth who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and everyday life stressors. She utilizes a strengths-based perspective and a compassionate approach that empowers those she works with to use evidenced-based strategies to help manage everyday stress, anxiety and feelings of overwhelm. Kelly also firmly believes in the importance of a non-judgemental and safe environment to support meaningful and effective treatment. Kelly is committed to working collaboratively and engaging in wraparound treatment, as she recognizes how various aspects of someone’s life (home, school, relationships, health, etc.) can impact their overall well-being.
