Demetri Kostas

Demetri Kostas is a Ct State Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) who joined CBH on a part time basis in September of 2020. He received his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and Master’s degree in Business Administration (with a concentration in Healthcare Management) from Quinnipiac University. Demetri has had much clinical and administrative experience working with the latency, adolescent and adult population. Demetri is focused on providing competent patient care and utilizing 10+ years of clinical expertise to help patients navigate effectively managing their emotions and feelings. Always looking to increase his clinical knowledge, Demetri is currently taking a seven-month Trauma training course with Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk (Author of “The Body Keeps The Score”). He will receive his Trauma Informed Therapy certification in September 2023.
