The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills in working with children, adolescents, families, and adults dealing with a wide variety of psychological disorders. Opportunities also exist for evaluation and consultation with school districts. This position involves primarily outpatient psychotherapy. Full caseload of clients will be provided. The ideal candidate will possess a strong behavioral background and training in order to provide functional behavioral assessments, behavioral intervention programs, and trainings on a consultative basis to school districts, state organizations, and developmental centers. Consultation will also include educational program development utilizing aspects of applied behavioral analysis to assist children with emotional, behavioral, and autistic spectrum disorders. Experience in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders is desirable. Outstanding compensation and health benefits package.

This candidate with have experience providing Forensic Psychology services. Psychologist will perform evaluations of Risk/Threat for school districts as well as custody based evaluation and other legally-related assessment and evaluation.

Position Responsibilities: LCSWs, LPCs, and LMFTs will conduct child, adolescent, adult, and family therapy. Applicants should have ample experience treating a wide variety of child and adolescent issues as the practice’s client population is predominantly children and adolescents. Experience treating Disruptive Behavior Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety, and Depression is needed. Positions also provide opportunities for school consultation and working with a school refusal population.

Connecticut Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Master’s or Doctoral Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or student in the process of working towards a BCBA (supervision for the BCBA will be provided) who possesses a strong behavioral background and training to provide functional behavioral assessments and behavioral intervention programs on a consultative basis to school districts as well as to develop in-home behavioral programs. Experience providing social skills training to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders is desired. Excellent opportunity to work beside licensed psychologists and behavior analysts. Behavioral Technician In-Home and School-Based Positions with Connecticut Behavioral Health

Behavioral Technician In-Home and School-Based Positions with Connecticut Behavioral Health involve working directly with children, adolescents, and families implementing behavioral interventions. The children, adolescents, and families that Behavioral Technicians will be working with are receiving services through the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Developmental Services, insurance companies, and/or Schools. Thus, these individuals are suffering from behavioral, emotional, and/or developmental disorders.

Behavioral Technicians will receive weekly supervision and training in behavioral strategies as well as data collection methods from Master’s level Behaviorists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts. In addition to the supervision Behavior Technicians receive, workers may have the opportunity to work on one or more cases, obtaining experience with a variety of presenting concerns. The Behavioral Technician’s in-home workload will be dependent on their availability. Behavioral Technicians can work anywhere from 5 hours a week on a case to up to 40 hours a week on an in-home case or cases. Thus the position can accommodate part-time work for someone looking to supplement their full-time position. School-Based Behavior Technicians work within classrooms and/or one-on-one with individual students with developmental and/or behavioral challenges.

Pay varies between $15-$23/hr dependent on experience.
